Wellness

In the IRIS team, we emphasize the importance of holistic wellness of the mind and body, as well as caring for one's mental health.  If you are a UF student interested in learning more about mental health and joining a supportive, diverse student community, consider joining the UF MHS Club (co-founded by one of our own lab members!).  If you want to check your understanding of wellness, you can also play this short Kahoot game.

Below is a list of FREE mental health resources for both crisis and non-crisis situations.  Please read them and be aware of them;  even if you don’t need them, you may know someone that does need help, and you can help them.  Being mindful of and caring for others is also part of holistic wellness.
